We are not just another gaming website. CK789 is built with one clear goal — to deliver a safe, fair, and genuinely enjoyable online entertainment experience designed specifically for Malaysia players. From the Live Casino tables to the lively Bingo rooms, this is your digital home.
CK789 was founded in 2018 when a group of software developers and gaming enthusiasts from Malaysia identified a significant gap in the online entertainment market. Most platforms available at the time were not built with Malaysian players in mind — foreign-language interfaces, payment methods that didn't support FPX or DuitNow, and customer service with no understanding of the local context were the main barriers.
It was from that awareness that CK789 was born. The name "CK789" itself reflects a community spirit — simple, memorable, and representing the opportunities and wins always at the fingertips of Malaysia players. In less than a year after launch, CK789 had already recorded over 50,000 registered members — an achievement that surpassed the founding team's own expectations.
Today, CK789 is one of the most active and trusted online entertainment platforms in Malaysia, with over 500,000 registered members from across the country — Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, and beyond. We are proud of the community we have built and committed to continually enhancing the experience for every member.
CK789's mission is simple yet meaningful — to provide the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online entertainment platform for Malaysian players. This isn't a marketing slogan; it's the principle behind every decision we make, from product development to customer service.
CK789 aims to be the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysia players by 2030 — not just in user numbers, but in satisfaction, trust, and the quality of experience we deliver every day.
Every one of these milestones is the result of the trust and support of our remarkable Malaysian player community.
The platform launched with a focus on Live Casino and table games. Within the first 6 months, CK789 attracted over 50,000 members, with local FPX payment support as a key advantage over competitors.
CK789 expanded its offering with Sports Betting and over 200 Slots titles. The integration of DuitNow as a primary payment method received an overwhelmingly positive response from users.
All games are fully optimised for mobile. A surge in mobile users exceeding 70% prompted CK789 to invest heavily in a smoother smartphone experience.
Two new categories were introduced — Fish Shooting Games and Bingo — attracting a new segment of users looking for more casual, social-style games. The multiplayer chat rooms became the most popular feature.
CK789 invested heavily in data encryption and banking-grade security systems. Two-factor authentication (2FA) was introduced for all accounts. Customer satisfaction rate reached 94.7%.
CK789 now serves over half a million active members across Malaysia with 500+ game options, 24/7 customer support, and an unwavering commitment to the best user experience.
Six core pillars that shape CK789's identity as a trusted online entertainment platform.
All account data and transactions at CK789 are protected by the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by leading banking institutions. The two-factor authentication (2FA) system ensures only you can access your account, even if your password falls into the wrong hands.
From your first deposit to your largest withdrawal, every transaction on CK789 is conducted in MYR with no currency conversion. DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — all popular Malaysia payment methods are fully supported.
All games at CK789 use an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Live Casino features real dealers in live-streamed studios. No outcome manipulation — what you see is what happens.
CK789 is designed with smartphones first. All 500+ games run smoothly on any Android or iOS device with no special app download required. The responsive interface makes playing on mobile just as easy as on desktop.
CK789's support team is made up of Malaysian individuals who are fluent in Bahasa Melayu and understand the needs of local players. Live chat is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — no automated bots, just real people who genuinely care about your concerns.
CK789 believes entertainment should bring joy, not stress. We provide deposit limit management tools, session time limits, and temporary account suspension options to help every player stay in control. Player well-being is our priority.

In an increasingly crowded online entertainment industry filled with platforms from around the world, CK789 stands out for one simple reason — we truly understand Malaysia players because we are among them. Our team knows what matters: fast withdrawals without lengthy questioning, support in your native language, and games that are genuinely fair.
We understand that trust is not bought with slogans or big promotions. It is built through every small interaction — every time customer support answers a query quickly and accurately, every time a withdrawal is processed within the promised timeframe, every time the system runs without disruption when players need it most. That is what trust means to us at CK789.
CK789 recognises that betting carries risk, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our platform is equipped with protection features designed not to reduce player engagement, but to ensure that engagement remains healthy and controlled. Deposit limits can be set personally, transaction records can be reviewed at any time, and the option to temporarily suspend an account is available with just a few clicks.
We also provide responsible gaming information resources on the Responsible Gaming us, including guides on identifying unhealthy gaming habits and steps you can take to seek professional help if needed.
CK789 only partners with game providers that have undergone a rigorous evaluation process covering fairness, system reliability, and industry track record. Our Live Casino providers are among the biggest names in the global industry, recognised across multiple markets worldwide. The Slots providers we select are companies that publish RTP reports openly and undergo regular audits by third-party bodies.
This means that when you play at CK789, you are not simply playing games from unknown names — you are playing on a platform that has filtered and vetted the best providers for you. You can play with full confidence that the games you choose are fair and their outcomes are truly random.
One thing we practice at CK789 is a culture of continuous improvement driven by user feedback. Our product team reads every complaint and suggestion submitted through the support system. Every quarter, we roll out platform updates with new features based on what players have requested.
In recent years, features such as auto-dab in Bingo, real-time Sports Betting statistics displays, and instant withdrawal notification systems have all come from user suggestions that were heard and acted upon. This is how we show that the CK789 community's voice genuinely matters.
